What we collect
Account details (name, email), the organization data your company enters, and the work evidence employees submit: photos, documents, checklists and the location reported at check-in. Location is only collected when an employee checks in or submits a task; there is no background tracking.
Who can see it
Each company's data is isolated from every other company. Inside a company, access follows the roles and visibility rules configured by its administrators. Platform staff do not access private messages or evidence except through an explicit, audited support process.
